About

My Coaching Style

I use solution focused coaching practice and pride myself on being led by my clients’ strengths, vision and goals. I take the time to get to know you – what makes you tick and how to help you get into your flow. My role is to create the space you need to reflect, grow, and lead with confidence and impact.

Many of us know how powerful walking and nature can be for this process, so I’m proud to offer walking coaching sessions through Tall Trees. I also offer face-to-face or online coaching packages, coaching circles, or something more bespoke – whatever best suits you.

Why Work with Me
  • Experience: I’ve spent my career supporting and leading teams in education, corporates and not for profit organisations. Whilst always embedding coaching into my work, I have been formally practicing as a mentor and coach for the last 10 years, and have post graduate level qualifications in Psychology, Coaching and Business.
  • Depth and Empathy: With a background in education, product leadership, and organisational change, I bring both strategic insight and a compassionate, human-centred approach to every session.
  • Coaching That Adapts to You: Whether you’re looking for clarity in a transition, support in stepping into leadership, or space to untangle complex decisions, my coaching is tailored to your goals, values, and pace.
  • Flexible and Grounded: I offer online, in-person, group and walking coaching options—supporting you to affect change with evidence-based solution-focused practice.
  • Professional Standards: I hold the ILM Level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching and am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, always working within their Global Code of Ethics. I take part in regular supervision as part of my own practice and development. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Management, hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration and am a qualified teacher.
