I offer both online or face to face sessions.
A typical coaching journey is usually:
- A chemistry session where we talk about why you have sought coaching, what your expectations are and for us to agree whether we are a good fit for what you want to achieve.
- I will send you the confirmation documents and book in our sessions.
- Sessions will commence and we will agree the regularity and number of sessions together. (Often around 6 sessions either monthly or fortnightly)
- We will review at the end and decide whether you want any further coaching. There is no obligation to carry on beyond this.
If you want to explore the countryside whilst exploring your goals, I also offer walking coaching. If you’re local and also find getting in nature boosts your thinking, lets see if we can ,make that work.
